How long does delivery take?
Your piece is made after you order, then shipped to you. Orders usually arrive within 10–20 business days of ordering, with free tracked shipping.
Where do you ship?
To 78 countries, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman; the full list appears at checkout. Shipping is free on every order. Phone cases can’t be shipped to Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong or Taiwan.
Are there customs charges?
The carrier may collect VAT, duties or clearance fees on delivery under your country’s rules. These are government or carrier charges, not ours.
Some designs have two sides. How do I order both?
Some designs come in more than one face: ١٦° and ٢٤°, مشرفة and مشرف, «وصلت؟» and «وصلت.», لبيه and سم, and the four shahi mugs. Each face is sold on its own: pick it on the piece’s page, and add the other to your bag for the pair or the set.
Some pieces say “Opens” and a date. What does that mean?
We open pieces in drops. A piece with a date opens for orders at midnight Riyadh time on that day. Leave your email on its page and we will write when it opens.
How do I choose my size?
Every tee, sweatshirt and hoodie has a table in centimetres in the size guide, also linked under the sizes on the piece’s page. The tees are an oversized fit; the sweatshirt and hoodie run small, so order one size up.
Are the designs printed or embroidered?
It depends on the piece: tees, hoodies and totes are printed directly onto the fabric, caps and the beanie are machine embroidered, and mugs are printed by dye sublimation. Each piece’s page says which.
Are the shop signs from real shops?
No. The Zaman Signs are invented, drawn in the spirit of 80s and 90s signs, and none belongs to a real shop.
Where are the pieces made?
A production partner that specialises in print and embroidery makes them at one of its facilities around the world, then ships them straight to you.
How do I care for my piece?
Each piece’s care is on its page. In general: wash cold and inside out, no bleach, hang to dry, and never iron over the design.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 2 hours of ordering, before production starts. Write to arabic@miniblank.com.
Can I return or exchange?
Each piece is made for you after you order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size, colour or a change of mind. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or with a production error, or it is the wrong item, we send a free replacement or refund you. Write within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo.
