Shipping and delivery

Every piece is made for you after you order. We keep no stock: our production partner makes your piece at one of its facilities after you order, and it is shipped straight to you.

Countries: we ship to 78 countries, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman; the full list appears when you enter your address at checkout. Shipping is free and tracked on every order. Phone cases can’t be shipped to Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong or Taiwan.

Timing: orders usually arrive within 10–20 business days of ordering, including 2–5 business days to make the piece; we do not promise a date. We email you a tracking number when your order ships.

Several parcels: if you order more than one piece, they may arrive separately, because each is made where it is produced.

Customs and taxes: the carrier may collect VAT, duties or clearance fees on delivery under your country’s rules. These are government or carrier charges; we do not receive them.

Delays: if your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days of ordering, write to us and we will chase it with the carrier ourselves. If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we make and ship a replacement free, or refund you.

Address: check your address and mobile number before paying; carriers contact you through them.
