Replacements and refunds

Every piece is made for you after you order, so we don’t accept returns, exchanges or refunds for size, colour or a change of mind. Please check your size in the size guide before you order.

When we make it right: when a piece arrives damaged or defective (a manufacturing, embroidery or print fault), has a production error (wrong placement or colours), is the wrong item, or when a parcel is lost in transit.

How: write to us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the problem. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 25 business days of ordering, write to us and we’ll chase it with the carrier. Once confirmed, we make a replacement and ship it free, or refund you; you don’t need to send anything back.

Address: if a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it wasn’t collected, we reship it once you confirm the address, at your cost.

Cancelling: you can cancel or change your order within 2 hours of ordering, before production starts. After that it cannot be cancelled.

This policy doesn’t limit any right the law gives you.
